These terms are an agreement between you and Ayrvon LLC (United States), the maker of Entrain ("Entrain", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the Entrain app or this website, you agree to them. Please read them — especially the wellness disclaimer below.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Entrain, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this website. If you are using Entrain on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for them.

The service

Entrain is a brainwave-entrainment app for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac, with a free web player. It generates audio — including binaural beats and isochronic tones — designed to support relaxation, sleep, and focus. The audio is generated on your device. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features require Entrain Pro, a paid subscription. Entrain Pro includes a 7-day free trial, after which it is $4.99 per month or $44.99 per year (USD). Local prices may vary by region and currency.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• If you start a paid subscription, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We are generally unable to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.

Acceptable use & licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Entrain for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Because Entrain is distributed through the App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms. Where the two conflict regarding the app itself, Apple's standard EULA prevails.

Wellness disclaimer

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Entrain is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrain and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law — including any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. For material changes we'll aim to give more prominent notice. Continuing to use Entrain after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Ayrvon LLC is organized, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country or state of residence.
